Colored EPDM granules are made from a compound of Virgin EPDM rubber, specialist pigment and UV stabilizers. Blocks of the rubber compound are produced under carefully controlled factory conditions which are then granulated to small, unified crumbs of a definite size (fractional composition) at high speed. Dust is removed at every stage to ensure the finished granules are as clean as possible. Throughout the process, thorough testing ensures that the chemical and physical properties are of consistently high quality.

Excellent physical properties
1. The lowest content of PGE in dao-1 chemical is 26%.
2. PGE material has strong elasticity, wear resistance and weather resistance.
3. The imported flame retardant (nearly 71 tons) was added into the PGE particles of Daoyi Chemical Co., Ltd., which reached the first grade of flame retardant.
4. Pass the certification of IAAF. There are more than 30 domestic and foreign investment enterprises in China. Daoyi is one of them.
